Laneden Ltd (company number 12297903) is a UK-registered software company that operates the Gravitas threat intelligence platform. Gravitas provides breach monitoring, credential intelligence, and dark web analysis services to organisations worldwide.
Our registered office is at Kemp House, 160 City Road, London, England, EC1V 2NX.
2. Our commitment
Laneden Ltd has a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery and human trafficking. We are committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business dealings and relationships, and to implementing effective systems and controls to ensure modern slavery is not taking place anywhere in our business or supply chain.
3. Our business and supply chain
Laneden Ltd is a software company with a digital-only operational model. Our supply chain consists primarily of:
- Cloud infrastructure providers — Hosting, database services, and compute resources
- Software licensing — Third-party libraries, APIs, and development tools
- Professional services — Legal, accounting, and advisory services
- Intelligence partners — Commercial threat intelligence data feeds
We do not engage in physical manufacturing, operate warehouses, or maintain complex labour supply chains.
4. Due diligence
To identify and mitigate the risk of modern slavery in our supply chain, we:
- Review key suppliers' modern slavery statements and policies
- Include anti-slavery and human trafficking clauses in supplier contracts
- Assess new suppliers for modern slavery risk before engagement
- Evaluate any offshore or outsourced service providers for labour standards compliance
5. Risk assessment
Given our digital-only operations and supply chain, we assess our inherent risk of modern slavery as low. Our suppliers are primarily large, regulated technology companies with their own modern slavery compliance programmes.
The area of highest potential risk would be any offshore or outsourced service providers with operations in jurisdictions where labour protections are weaker. We assess these providers individually and require evidence of appropriate labour standards.
6. Training and awareness
All staff are informed of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and its implications. Team members involved in procurement and supplier management receive guidance on identifying indicators of modern slavery and understanding their reporting obligations.
7. Reporting concerns
Anyone who suspects modern slavery in our business or supply chain should report it to:
